July 18

Well today is our last day of holiday ........... meeting up with Sandra, Colin and Katie at the girls at the  Splashdown park beside the Ferry Terminal.. We had so much fun..... ... The Ferry Ride is over... We made sure we made good use of our time.. while we were on vacation ... We were not paying over $200 to get off and on this island... and doing nothing so the trip was worth the $200 ... Good Night and until next time ..

July 17

Well were off to the coast.... not in any hurry but you know we want to make it to the water slides..... lol stopped at one of the road side fruit stands we always stopped at as kids ... the girls were amazed at the river and the tunnels..... made it to Bridal Falls just in time for the Twilight Swim why they call it that I will never know .. there ain't to Twilight.. Sliding going on.... Then we headed to Langley  and we could not get a hotel any where..... it was crazy so we went to Denny;s for dinner and .. met a young lady who's family own Glenwood meats...... stayed at my Brothers house and had a nice visit.....Plus at Boston Bar we saw all the tents and Mustard station for the Fire Fighters fighting that fire there ..... Great Big thank you to all the Firefighters out there :)

July 16

Well it looks like were off to the Coast in the Morning ...... have been having so much fun visiting Friends and Family members along the way...  We have been trying to get in so many of the attractions along the way... Once you pay that $108.00 bucks to get off the Island .... You want to make sure you get your moneys worth of visiting and site seeing done so you don't have to pay that crazy fee again for a few years.. So we have been packing it in ...... Today we spent a great day with Tammy doing things in town and had a wonderful visit with a long time Friend of our from Lake Cowichan .. It was so nice to see you Lennis.. Tammy cooked up another wonderful dinner tonight and we put some color in moms hair and sat around chatting until well its bed time folks ...... on the road again .....

July 15

great morning ..... Enjoying a wonderful visit with my cuzin and her family Miyah just loves Thunder and Lightening Storms lol so much so she got her self a chair put up on the porch to watch for it all morning until we were ready to leave at 1:00.....  headed into town to see my aunty Eleanor she is looking good. She was very surprised to see my mom ... had a nice visit ... then we headed outa town .. up to the South Side .. Meet up with Luke and Allyssa for a visit at a very nicely decorated Tim Hortons.... got some great pictures...... Off to Williams lake to visit Sister Tammy and Rick....... had fun playing with the doggies and seeing her wonderful yard.. and a great spaghetti dinner . yumm yumm..

July 14

Well we got a earlier start to our day yesterday... had the kids up dressed and ready to head out to Barkerville Barkerville by 9:10 never got Barkerville until closer to 11 had to make stops along the way... Git back to town around 3 pm had a great lol Surprise visit for Leighberry lol walking down the road .. I pulled over she never seen moms new car... I jumped out and yelled across the parking lot asking her for directions lol it was so funny hahahah .. Just before that I had called my Bro Billy to ask him for his mailing address cause well you know I was getting my Christmas card list ready hahahaha I pulled up in front of there place and parked 3 kids came out to see who it was they all looked hmm do i know them .. finally lol they recognized us..... lol best part was I walked into the house Shannon was surprised she was just looking at me lol and I my bro was lying on the couch i tapped him on the head he moved my hand away thinking I was just harassing him like children do .. so I did it again then i walked over and stood in front of him lol I wish i had my camera on .... He finally says .. what... lol what are you doing here....... yeah I needed to make sure the address was correct for the Christmas cards to arrive....lol Then we met up with my seaster Tracy, Darren and little Benedict.. such a little cutie pie.. headed up to to Bill and Arlene's for dinner where Bill cooked us up so wonderful burgers........ watermelon
